Yeast Infection Treatments

Natural Safe Cures For You

Why does Monistat (or any yeast infection treatment) need to be taken at nighttime?

Posted by admin under yeast infection treatment

Is it just to prevent messes? Can I use it during the day? It’s not like my body knows what time of day it is. I’m using the ovules btw, not the cream. I always use ovules.

It simply keeps the medicine still while it goes to work. You donĀ“t have to opt in to Monistat however. There are plenty of safer and more dependable natural treatments…

The symptoms (you may not experience all of them):
- white cottage cheese-like discharge
- some odor
- dryness (can cause bleeding)
- digestive problems
- itchiness
- burning urination
- painful intercourse
- a feeling of just not being "normal"

Here are some safe, natural cures you can implement.

- avoid scented soaps
- avoid sugars and complex carbs for a week
- air out the infected area while you’re sleeping at night
- add grapefruit extract to your water during the day (balances hormones)
- eat probiotics like cottage cheese and yogurt
- shower frequently
-drink lots of water and eat plenty of fiber to flush the infection

because when you are in bed the medication will not leak out (after it has melted) as much or as quickly compared to being up and moving around

its so the cream stays in place and there is some leakage

Its so it doesn’t leak out and make a mess. The little ovules melt and make a serious mess so if you lay down it can’t come out. But I think they have a new Monistat you can take in the daytime. Just make sure it says daytime on the box.
